After you submit the form to the right, our system will generate a project number and e-mail you a confirmation of receipt.
Once you have shipped your drive or media to us, we will examine it to determine what level of repair. An estimate will be sent to you to approve or decline the repair. If you decline the repair, the media will be sent back to you at no cost.
