Hourly - "Pay as you go"
Call when you need us. Onsite & remote service* available by the hour at standard service rate. Onsite services billed in 1/4 hour increments with a 1 hour minimum. Techs assigned to your request on a "next available" basis.
Managed Service Plan (MSP)
We provide dedicated support services including ongoing system monitoring and assessments, help desk service, emergency response teams all for a fixed price.
