Richmond Computer surveyed the real estate advertising market and developed a strategy for our client to begin listing their properties on the most popular websites in the industry to provide maximum exposure to buyers across the region.

The method:
Richmond Computer processes the data on company's listings, maintains a master list of all listings and performs the upload of data to (3) separate websites for each listing. All done with minimal effort on the part of out client.

The result?
We've generated over 1,000 views per week on the properties being sold by our client. During the 2008 recession and downturn in the real estate market, our client continues to sell properties with minimal time on the market, attracting new buyers from across the Delaware Valley.
