Site RETAINER 3+3 Plan	3 hours onsite, 3 hours remote support on retainer, for ALL IT related issues. 24x7 coverage	$110/hour
Site RETAINER 10+10 Plan	10 hours onsite, 10 hours remote support on retainer, for any hardware, network or software issues. 24x7 coverage	$100/hour
Site RETAINER 40+ Plan	40 hours onsite, unlimited remote support on retainer, for ALL IT related issues. 24x7 coverage	$60/hour

A retainer agreement is a pre-paid annual contract where software & hardware labor charges will be subtracted from the pre-paid amount. The customer receives software and hardware labor at a discounted rate per the above table. In addition, we provide access to a 24 hour,7 days per week computer support line.

Chances are, if your system is slow, it either needs an upgrade, or is infected with a virus. In cases where a upgrade may be needed, we'll look at options based on system age and your system use requirements. Again, at no charge.
