Support
We provide support and repair services for all Microsoft Windows based systems. Our services include performance troubleshooting, peripheral and software installation, virus removal, and system rebuilding.
Services are normally performed onsite. For clients with broadband connections, we also offer remote support services via PC Anywhere or Microsoft Remote Desktop connections.
Rates:
Base Rate: $70/hr
Philadelphia Suburbs: add $40 travel surcharge or 2 hour minimum
Outside Philadelphia Tri-County Area:add $75 travel surcharge or 3 hour minimum
On Site Support: Includes user desktop support, network and infrastructure maintenance/repair, peripheral troubleshooting (printers, modems, Network adapters)
Hardware Repairs: Covers internal PC parts such as drives, mainboard, devices (modem, network). Repair times may vary and are based on availability/compatibility of parts. Whenever possible, repairs will be conducted on-site.

Remote and Telephone Support:
Having trouble installing a printer or establishing a network connection?
Or is your PC bogged down with spyware? Our support services via telephone are
available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will assist you with any problems
you encounter with your PC over the phone. If the problem cannot be resolved
over the phone and requires a on-site visit, the phone call is FREE!
$15/quarter hour (no charge for clients covered by our Complete
Care Contract)

Training:
Training is available for individuals or groups for most Microsoft
Applications, Quickbooks, Lotus Notes, SAP, Act!, Adobe and general computing.
Please let us know what application you are looking to learn or implement, we
will show you the way.
Base Rate: $75/hour
Philadelphia Suburbs: 2 hour minimum
Outside Philadelphia Tri-County Area:3 hour minimum
Discounted rates available for long term projects
and ongoing service agreements.
